Clare Wade Research has developed a workshop package designed to help build people's confidence around planning and commissioning research, particularly those in the research and communications departments who may not have had too much experience so far.
The subject matter is lively and relevant and covers the processes involved in understanding consumer needs in any form of communication, from glossy tv ads right across to web design or leaflets.
Throughout we use actual research materials to deliver case histories, show live examples to illustrate how good research = good advertising and involve delegates in exercises, including preparing a research brief and briefing a researcher.
